Do Your Watches Come with a Warranty?
Yes. Every Bramford & Co. pair is backed by our 2-Year Limited Warranty, covering manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use.
If your footwear develops an issue caused by a manufacturing defect within two years of delivery, our support team will assess the case and, when covered by the warranty, repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, unauthorized alterations, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by conditions beyond the product’s intended use.
